MGM Greens offer leafy greens that are grown from seed to table in our state of the art container farms using no GMO or pesticides. We are currently growing Butter, Rex, Dragoon, and Monte Carlo leafy greens in Montgomery, AL.

Bright Lights Swiss Chard -The gold standard for multicolored Swiss chard, these offer lightly savoyed green or bronze leaves with stems of gold, pink, orange, purple, red, and white with bright and pastel variations. The consistent growth rate and strong bolt resistance is across all colors and makes this a superior mix. Direct seed or transplant to allows for separating out the individual colors. It is suitable for production year round, but somewhat less frost hardy than normal for chard.

• Arugula - The standard salad arugula with long, dark, lobed leaves that are suitable for salad mix or bunching.
• Edible Flowers - The white flowers with dark pink veins are edible and can be harvested as they appear. Sprinkle them over salads or add to vegetable stir-fry. Flavor is spicy and nutty. Popular choice for brightening up salad mixes.
• Astro Arugula - A selection of standard arugula with a more strap-leaf shape and a slightly milder flavor.
